How Many Teeth You’re Replacing
Each implant and crown adds to your total. A plan for one tooth and a plan for a full arch sit at very different price points.
Your dental implant cost in Whittier depends on how many teeth you’re replacing, which restoration fits your mouth and what your exam and scans show. Below are typical U.S. price ranges from published sources, and how we help you find your exact number at a free consultation.

One dental implant is three parts, plus the planning that puts them in the right spot. When we plan dental implants in Whittier, these are the pieces involved:
Before those parts go in, we examine your mouth with X-rays and scans and take impressions of your teeth and jaw for treatment planning. Because we manage everything from your first consultation through final placement, the same doctors explain each step and each cost to you.

These ranges show what patients across the United States typically pay, as published by the organizations named in the table. Where you fall in a range depends on the factors further down this page.
| Treatment | Typical U.S. range | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Single implant with crown | $2,800 – $5,600 per tooth | Delta Dental (without dental benefits) |
| Implant-supported bridge | $4,000 – $9,450 | CareCredit |
| All-on-4 (replaces one full arch) | $11,640 – $27,500 | CareCredit |
| Full-mouth implants (upper and lower) | Can reach $60,000 or more | MetLife |
These are general U.S. ranges from published sources, not Atlantic Dental & Orthodontics fees. Your exact cost comes from your free consultation. Full source details are listed at the bottom of this page.
Two people who each need one implant can still get different estimates. These are the things we look at when we price your plan.
Each implant and crown adds to your total. A plan for one tooth and a plan for a full arch sit at very different price points.
If your scan shows there isn’t enough bone to hold an implant, extra preparation such as bone grafting may be needed first, which adds to the total.
A damaged or infected tooth may need to come out before it can be replaced. Removing it becomes part of your plan and your estimate.
A single ceramic crown, a bridge on implants or a full arch of fixed teeth each cost a different amount to make. Every restoration we make is shaped for how it looks and how you bite and chew.
X-rays and scans show your jawbone and the teeth near the gap. On full-mouth cases, CBCT imaging and guided, CT-driven planning map each implant before surgery day.
Your PPO plan may lower what you pay out of pocket. How much depends on your plan, which is why we check it before your visit.
You may see implant ads with a price that looks far below the ranges above. Before you compare, ask what that price actually covers. Some published averages count only the implant post and leave out the crown, and an advertised price may not include the abutment, the exam, X-rays, scans or any extractions.
A useful quote lists every part of your treatment. That’s why we give you a personalized plan after your exam instead of a standard advertised price, and we go over every number with you in English or Spanish.

The biggest driver of your cost is how many teeth you need to replace and how we replace them.
One post, one abutment and one ceramic crown fill one gap. When several teeth are missing, your total grows with the number of implants and crowns your exam shows you actually need.
When most or all teeth in an arch are missing or failing, we can replace the whole row on four or six implants. A full arch involves more implants and a complete set of new teeth, so it’s priced differently from a single implant.
If your removable denture slips, permanent teeth replace it with a full arch fixed to implants. The number of implants and the type of arch shape the cost, and qualifying patients can receive same-day fixed dentures.
A real number starts with an exam. New patients can typically be seen within one week.
