All-on-4 Dental Implants
Four implants support a complete, fixed arch of teeth. It is often a good fit when your scan shows enough bone in the right places to hold the arch on four implants.
We place All-on-4 dental implants in Whittier to replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth with fixed teeth that stay in place. Your first visit is a free implant consultation.

Full-arch treatment is a large part of what we do. Our practice has completed hundreds of full-arch restoration cases, including All-on-4 and All-on-6, since opening in Whittier in 2003.
We plan each case with guided, CT-driven treatment, and we fabricate implant restorations in-house, so your surgery and your new teeth come from one plan and one team. For qualifying patients, same-day fixed dentures are available.

All-on-4 replaces a whole row of teeth, upper or lower, with a fixed arch held by four dental implants placed in your jawbone. Instead of resting on your gums like a removable denture, the new teeth are attached to the implants, so they stay in when you eat, talk and sleep.
All-on-4 uses the same titanium implants we place for single teeth, positioned to hold a complete arch. If you’re missing only a few teeth and the rest are healthy, individual implants may serve you better, and we’ll tell you.
If your main goal is to stop wearing a denture that slips, our page on permanent teeth in Whittier explains what fixed teeth on implants can change day to day.

All-on-4 is one option, not the only one. After your exam, X-rays and scans, we explain which approach fits your bone, your bite and what you want from your new teeth.
Four implants support a complete, fixed arch of teeth. It is often a good fit when your scan shows enough bone in the right places to hold the arch on four implants.
Six implants support the arch. When your CBCT scan shows your bone or bite needs extra support, we may recommend six implants instead of four.
Some jaws call for a different number of implants. All-on-X means we plan the number and position of the implants around your bone, your bite and the teeth you want.
For qualifying patients, we attach a fixed set of teeth to the implants on surgery day. Your exam and scan tell us whether this is an option for you.
When the remaining teeth in an arch are infected or can’t be saved, removing them is part of your full-arch plan, handled by the same doctors, not a separate referral.
If surgery makes you nervous, we offer sedation options during implant placement to help with anxiety or discomfort, and we go over them with you before your appointment.
Full mouth dental implants rebuild one or both arches when most of your teeth are missing or failing. Dr. Paz’s experience includes guided, CT-driven full-mouth rehabilitation, so a full-mouth plan starts with your scans rather than a standard package.
CBCT imaging shows your jawbone in three dimensions, and our digital scanners and intraoral cameras record your teeth, gums and bite. We use that information to decide how many implants each arch needs and where they go. Because we fabricate implant restorations in-house, your new teeth are designed around that same plan, for how they work as well as how they look.
Treating teeth one at a time can stop adding up once most of an arch is failing. A full-arch plan replaces them in one planned process, and we walk you through each stage before anything is scheduled.

If one of these sounds familiar, a full-arch consultation can show you what your options are.
If your denture shifts when you eat, needs adhesive to stay put or keeps you from foods you like, teeth held by implants may be the change you’re looking for. An All-on-4 arch is fixed in place, so it doesn’t come out at night.
When many teeth in one arch are loose, cracked or decayed, fixing them one at a time can turn into a long string of visits. We look at each tooth and tell you plainly whether saving them or replacing the arch makes more sense.
The jawbone can shrink after teeth are lost. Before we plan a single implant, we use a CBCT scan to see how much bone you have and where each implant can go.
We offer a free dental implant consultation. You get an exam, a straight answer on whether All-on-4 fits your mouth and time for every question you bring. Here is how full-arch treatment works with us.
Tell us what’s bothering you. We talk through All-on-4, All-on-6 and your other options, and answer every question you bring.
An exam, X-rays and a CBCT scan show your jawbone, gums and bite. We discuss whether full-arch treatment suits you and the potential risks.
Guided, CT-driven planning maps where each implant goes before surgery day, and your new arch is designed and fabricated in-house around that plan.
Our doctors place your implants, with sedation options available. Qualifying patients leave with same-day fixed dentures, and we explain any follow-up visits your case needs.

Every full-arch case is different, so we give you your cost after your exam, not before. Our benefits coordinator checks your PPO coverage before your visit, tells you upfront what your plan is expected to pay and submits the claims for you.
We accept PPO plans from Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare and UCCI. For the rest, we offer low initial payments, monthly payment plans, CareCredit and Cherry. See our payment and insurance options, or read what shapes dental implant cost.

Your consultation includes an exam, X-rays and scans. We look at your bone, gums and health history, then explain whether All-on-4 is right for you and what the potential risks are.
It depends on your bone and your bite. We offer both, and your CBCT scan shows which one will support your new teeth better. When a different number of implants suits your jaw, we plan an All-on-X case instead.
If you qualify for same-day fixed dentures, yes. We confirm this during your exam and scan, before surgery is scheduled.
A regular denture rests on your gums and comes out. All-on-4 teeth attach to four implants in your jawbone, so they stay fixed in place when you eat and talk.
No. Your consultation, scans, implant surgery, the fabrication of your new arch and your follow-up care all happen at our Greenleaf Avenue office in Whittier.
Your cost depends on your scan, how many implants you need and whether any teeth have to be removed first. We explain your cost after your free consultation and help you use your PPO benefits or set up monthly payments.
All-on-4 is more than one appointment: a consultation and 3D scan, surgery day and follow-up visits. At our Greenleaf Avenue office, every one of those steps happens in one building and your new arch is made in-house, so you won’t be driving between a surgeon, a lab and a second dentist.
Our English- and Spanish-speaking team can go over surgery, healing and payments with you and the family member helping you decide. Easy parking makes surgery day and follow-up visits simpler.
