I’ve been a patient at Atlantic Dental Group since 2019, and I can’t recommend them enough. When I developed a severe tooth infection that kept getting worse, Dr. Tamir and Dr. Paz were able to save one of my infected teeth. Unfortunately, the other tooth required an implant because the infection had spread too far. The entire team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about their patients. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I’m extremely happy with the care I’ve received and continue to come back for my regular dental cleanings. If you’re looking for a dental office you can trust, Atlantic Dental Group is the place to go.

I can't recommend Atlantic Dental Group enough. I just met a patient in the lobby who flew in from the East Coast just to be treated here after getting a recommendation from someone they met. That says a lot. From the doctors and staff to the office itself, everything is exceptional. You will not meet nicer, caring, more talented doctors. Their pricing is exceptionally reasonable, and the quality of care is outstanding. You won't be disappointed!

Cosmetic Dentistry Near You on Greenleaf Avenue

Our office is located at 6716 Greenleaf Avenue in Whittier, where patients can improve visible concerns without losing sight of their oral health.

Some patients come in with one chipped or discolored tooth that stands out in photos. Others want to replace older silver fillings, improve several worn teeth, or understand how whitening, veneers, bonding, and crowns could work together.

As a dentist in Whittier, we provide comprehensive care in one convenient location. Our English- and Spanish-speaking team helps patients explain what they dislike about their smiles and understand the options available to them. Easy parking also makes it more convenient to attend consultations and any follow-up visits included in the treatment plan.

Cosmetic Treatments Selected for Your Smile

Cosmetic treatment can involve one focused improvement or a combination of procedures. We examine the teeth, listen to the patient’s goals, and explain which options may provide an appropriate balance of appearance, strength, and function.

Dental Crowns and Bridges

A crown may improve the appearance and strength of a worn, damaged, or heavily restored tooth. A bridge may be considered when a missing tooth affects the continuity of the smile. We plan the color, shape, and fit of ceramic restorations so they work naturally with the surrounding teeth.

Professional Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening can address many surface stains caused by foods, drinks, and everyday habits. We evaluate the type of discoloration first because existing restorations and deeper internal stains may respond differently from natural enamel.

Custom Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are thin porcelain restorations placed over the visible surfaces of selected teeth. They may be considered for discoloration, small chips, worn edges, uneven shapes, or spacing concerns. Each case is planned around the patient’s teeth and facial appearance.

Tooth-Colored Dental Bonding

Bonding uses tooth-colored composite resin to make conservative changes to a tooth. It may help repair a small chip, reshape an uneven edge, cover a sensitive area, or improve a minor cosmetic concern.

Personalized Smile Makeover

A smile makeover combines treatments when one procedure cannot address every concern. The plan may involve whitening, bonding, veneers, crowns, or alignment care, depending on the condition of the teeth and the changes the patient wants to make.

Smile Concerns We Evaluate in Whittier

Cosmetic dentistry begins by identifying what is affecting the smile and whether the concern is limited to appearance or also involves the health of the tooth.

Stained or Discolored Teeth

Surface stains may respond to whitening, while deeper discoloration or a restoration that no longer matches may require a different approach. We examine the source of the color difference before discussing treatment.

Chipped, Worn, or Uneven Teeth

Small chips and uneven edges may sometimes be improved with bonding. More extensive wear or structural damage may require a veneer or crown to restore the tooth’s appearance and strength.

Gaps and Poorly Spaced Teeth

The right option depends on the size of the space, the position of the teeth, and the patient’s bite. Bonding, veneers, or alignment treatment may be considered after an examination.

Older Silver Fillings

Older metal fillings can become noticeable when a patient speaks or smiles. We evaluate the tooth and filling before determining whether a tooth-colored filling or ceramic restoration is appropriate.

Start with a Complimentary Cosmetic Consultation

A consultation gives you time to explain what you would like to change and learn which options fit your needs. We can evaluate an individual tooth or discuss a more complete smile plan without assuming that every concern requires extensive treatment.

Digital Tools for More Precise Cosmetic Planning

Our office uses digital scanners, intraoral cameras, X-rays, and other advanced dental equipment to improve diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication. An intraoral camera can help patients see small cracks, older fillings, and other details that may affect the treatment recommendation.

Digital information can also support the planning of custom ceramic crowns and other restorations. The technology used depends on the treatment and the condition of the patient’s teeth.

Insurance and Monthly Payment Options

Our team can verify benefits, explain anticipated coverage, and submit insurance claims for patients. We accept many PPO dental insurance plans, including Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, and UCCI.

Patients can review our insurance and payment options, including CareCredit, Cherry financing, low initial payments, and manageable monthly payment plans. Coverage and personal costs depend on the treatment plan and individual benefits.

Questions Whittier Patients Ask About Cosmetic Dentistry

How Do I Choose Between Bonding, Veneers, and Crowns?

The condition of the tooth guides the recommendation. Bonding can make conservative changes with composite resin. A veneer covers the visible front surface, while a crown covers more of the tooth and may be appropriate when additional strength is needed.

Can a Whittier Cosmetic Dentist Improve More Than One Concern?

Yes. A personalized plan may address several concerns, such as discoloration, chipped edges, uneven tooth shapes, or spacing. Treatment may involve one procedure or a carefully planned combination.

Can Old Silver Fillings Be Replaced with Tooth-Colored Restorations?

Some older silver fillings can be replaced with composite resin or a ceramic restoration. We first examine the filling and remaining tooth structure to determine the appropriate option.

How Much Does Cosmetic Dentistry Cost in Whittier?

Cost depends on the teeth being treated, the procedures selected, and the complexity of the plan. After an examination, we can explain the recommended care, applicable insurance benefits, and available financing options.

Does Cosmetic Dental Treatment Require Several Visits?

The number of appointments varies. A focused bonding treatment will not follow the same process as custom veneers, crowns, alignment care, or a multi-treatment smile makeover. We explain the anticipated sequence before treatment begins.
